In 2005, three friends and I traveled to West Africa and found a band who called themselves Sierra Leone's Refugee All Stars. The result was a feature documentary of the same name, directed by Banker White and Zach Niles. I was honored to be a part of it. I've always loved working with musicians. One of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make was deciding whether to go to Serengeti to film lions for Nat Geo, or travel with Aerosmith as a videographer on their tour through Europe and Asia. I chose the lions -- but I still love filming music.
